7.2 Propeller
The vessel is equipped with 4-blade propellers with fixed nozzle and controllable pitch. The blade and hub is made of nickle-aluminum bronze. The structure of this vessel has been strengthened in accordance with the requirement of ice Class B.

7.3 Gear box
Power of each main engine is passed on to the propeller via long axis, gear box, intermediate shaft and stern shaft. Gear box is three output-shaft gear box, main shaft is to drive CPP propeller, while auxiliary shaft to drive the shaft generator and B shaft to drive 1650m3 fire fighting pump.
